Please contact me if you have an issue with your order.

However, I do not accept returns for circumstances out of my control, for example your order being lost or damaged while in transit.

I also do not refund shipping charges on your return orders.

Shipping

Depending on size, all artwork is sent either flat in protective envelopes or rolled in a strong art tube for FREE with tracking within New Zealand.

(please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping).
